Production Planner

• To ensure all activities are in compliance with the International Management System Standards, i.e. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• To fully use PPE supplied by management
• To maintain adequate standards of (5S) housekeeping in the work place.
• Coordination of the production workflow for one or more products.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc.).
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports to the group operation manager.
• Responsible for accurate production planning to meet the customer’s demand.
• Responsible to ensure production runs accordingly to the planning schedule.
• Review and plan inventory management to avoid shortages and excesses.
• Communicate with all key stakeholders from production, purchasing, warehouse, and sales on the validity and achievement of the production plan.
• Calculate and track production targets and output for all sections.
• To carry out production daily scheduling, monitor weekly sales orders and planning, and attend weekly meetings.
• Carry out continuous improvement in aspects of product productivity, product quality, workers’ safety and costs.
• To perform any other duties assigned by the management with full accountability and responsibility from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
