Event Planning & Execution
- Coordinate and oversee the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events.
- Work directly with marketing and kitchen team for events and indirectly with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
- Develop and implement banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure all departments are aligned.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations with all related divisions for continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the banquet and service team to deliver excellent service.
- Assign tasks and supervise staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming and professionalism among team members
Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth daily of all F&B outlets & Banquet Halls.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HALAL CERTIFICATION, OSHA, and local health & safety regulations.
- Collaborate with chefs to curate innovative menus and beverage selections.
- Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of banquet facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage part time workers rotation and scheduling to be cost effective.
Financial & Cost Control
- Monitor and control banquet expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for banquet operations.
- Optimize resource allocation and minimize wastage.
Guest Satisfaction & Relationship Management
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Gathered feedback from guests and clients to improve banquet services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
