Event Planning & Execution

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events.
  • Work directly with marketing and kitchen team for events and indirectly with clients to understand event requirements and ensure expectations are met.
  • Develop and implement banquet event orders (BEOs) and ensure all departments are aligned.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations with all related divisions for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, train, and motivate the banquet and service team to deliver excellent service.
  • Assign tasks and supervise staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain a high standard of grooming and professionalism among team members

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure smooth daily of all F&B outlets & Banquet Halls.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, HALAL CERTIFICATION, OSHA, and local health & safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with chefs to curate innovative menus and beverage selections.
  • Monitor inventory levels of banquet supplies and coordinate with the purchasing department for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of banquet facilities, equipment, and overall cleanliness.
  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage part time workers rotation and scheduling to be cost effective.

Financial & Cost Control

  • Monitor and control banquet expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for banquet operations.
  • Optimize resource allocation and minimize wastage.

Guest Satisfaction & Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly.
  • Gathered feedback from guests and clients to improve banquet services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
