Key Responsibilities:
The Fulfilled by Maersk Platform is looking for a Application Support Analyst who will provide support to FbM L1 and L2.
The right candidates for these positions will possess a need to provide agile and quality support services for business operations, and then coordinate the installation, upgrading and daily maintenance of FbM Applications (Warehouse Management System, Depot Management System, Yard Management System, Middleware, Legacy, Omni Channel Transportation …) used by the Platform. Understanding of technology in an FbM operational environment, having earned this experience through a career spent on-site supporting operational teams.
Has the strong capabilities to analyse, evaluate, and troubleshoot the FbM Applications which are build on Java and .Net.
Responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment of all kinds of system enhancements that increase efficiency, and smooth operational processes.
Responsible to coordinate with External Vendors for reporting, fixing and enhancement to fulfil the business needs and end-user satisfaction.
Providing Hypercare support during FbM project go-live.
Conducting training, sharing knowledge, and mentoring junior team members.
Having excellent troubleshooting, follow-up, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Having a good understanding of incident management, problem management, change management, and adherence to the SLA, KPI.
Creating and maintaining the L1 support documentation across all FbM Applications.
Required Experience:
Overall 4+ years of hands-on experience in Application support in the Logistics and Services domain.
Must have at least 3 years' experience in Warehouse Management Systems or Deport Application Management support (like KorberOne / Highjump, Manhattan Scale, Infor, or Other WMS).
Must know MS SQL, and Oracle SQL.
Should know Warehouse’s related processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management…)
Technical Skills:
Experience with Support Applications (Web app and thick client) which are built on Java, .Net and SQL.
Good to have knowledge of micro-service application.
Good to have knowledge of cloud support (Azure, Google, AWS,..)
Good to have the knowledge of WMS associated applications and technology (Middleware, EDI, API).
Good to have knowledge of managing and configuring print spoolers for labelling & normal printers.
Having good knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting Telnet SSH sessions and WMS clients on Handheld devices / RF.
