Job Description: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients visiting the laboratory's front desk Receive and log incoming samples, ensuring proper documentation and handling procedures are followed Answer and route incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with the laboratory's technical team to relay information and resolve customer issues Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations Job requirement Preferable Diploma holder or any equivalent (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply) Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel Self-motivated, responsible and highly committed to complete all task assigned with integrity Enthusiastic and with a positive attitude Good communication skills and willing to multitask Organized and willing to learn new skills Training will be provided.
