Responsibility - Organize and manage passenger queues at taxi boarding area. - Help passengers with luggage. - Guide passengers to available taxis and assist individuals with special needs. - Manage vehicle movement around holding area. - Respond to and report incidents. - Coordinate with the operations center to request additional taxis. - Conduct visual checks on taxis to ensure they meet cleanliness and safety standards. - Document daily activities including driver activities, volume and incident at taxi holding area. - Document daily activities, including passenger volumes, incidents, and service delays. Requirements - Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above - Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply - Attention to Detail: Ability to spot potential security risks, counterfeit tickets, or unusual behavior at the entrance. - Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with the public, provide clear instructions, and de-escalate tense situations. - Customer Service: Friendly, approachable demeanor to assist guests and create a positive experience. - Problem-solving: Ability to quickly assess situations and make decisions to resolve issues at the entrance. - Physical Stamina: Standing or walking for extended periods may be required, especially in high-traffic areas. - Security Awareness: Knowledge of security practices, including how to operate security equipment, recognize suspicious activity, and handle emergency situations.
