Freelance Admin & Customer Support (Home-Based) – Homestay Industry
Are you an organized and responsible working adult looking for a long-term freelance role? We’re seeking a dedicated individual with excellent time management and a passion for both administration and customer service to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Work remotely from 10 AM – 11 PM, handling customer inquiries and coordinating between departments (operations, cleaning, management).
- Respond promptly to messages, calls, and guest requests via laptop/phone.
- Update property listings and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to customer support and admin.
- Follow up with operation team (housekeeping, maintenance, stock, management team) till task is completed.
What We Offer:

- Two days off per month (with additional wages if no leave is taken).
- Peak days commitment: No leave allowed on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and their eves.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Strong time management and responsibility in handling customer needs.
- Experience in admin or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working independently and liaising with different teams online.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
