Freelance Admin & Customer Support (Home-Based) – Homestay Industry

Are you an organized and responsible working adult looking for a long-term freelance role? We’re seeking a dedicated individual with excellent time management and a passion for both administration and customer service to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Work remotely from 10 AM – 11 PM, handling customer inquiries and coordinating between departments (operations, cleaning, management).
  • Respond promptly to messages, calls, and guest requests via laptop/phone.
  • Update property listings and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly & monthly reports.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks related to customer support and admin.
  • Follow up with operation team (housekeeping, maintenance, stock, management team) till task is completed.

What We Offer:

  • Two days off per month (with additional wages if no leave is taken).
  • Peak days commitment: No leave allowed on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and their eves.
