Job Responsibilities: - Overseeing the daily smooth running of the Customer Service counter. - Attend to tenant and customer complaints, feedbacks, requests and problems; ensure these are resolved quickly and tactfully. - Run customer surveys, handle customer redemption programs and any other customer related services or activities. Job Requirement: 1. Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 2. Experience: Preferably 1 year working experience in a customer service-related industry. 3. Able to work shift hours. 4. Skills / Competencies: a. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written) and conversant in local dialects. b. Good customer service skills. c. Pleasant personality and cheerful. d. Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
