1. Provide immediate medical advice by Remote Physician on BEM 24X7X365 basis, for any medical cases including emergencies occurring at the Company's work sites and support facilities. 2. Offer medical guidance on - Diagnosis - Assess work -relatedness - Treatment - Medevac / No medevac - Triage - Urgency - Destination hospital or clinic - Transportation 3. Arranging ground transportation for injured/ill person (IP) from embarkation/disembarkation points to the hospital or clinic. 4. Immediate notification to the Company Representative for any medevac within 10 minutes of decision, followed by written notification within 1hour. 5. Prepare and submit medevac reports with 24 hours, including daily progress updates as per Company requirements. 6. Obtain and review monthly reports from offshore medics, covering clinic inventory, illness trends, food hygiene, and potable water results. Submit a consolidated report to the Company Representative. 7. Conduct periodic assessments of Medic performance and submit KPI evaluations to the Company Representative. 8. Conduct internal medical drills (e.g. code blue, burn cases, diving injuries) for the Topside Remote Response Center.
