Job Description Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Perform daily operations of network and technical support. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot network device problem. Manage the status of resolution for all support cases, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and in a timely manner. Deploy, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Linux server operating system. To undertake any all-other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the Direct Superior / HOD. Job Requirements Willing to travel and permanently work in Hong Kong Data Center. Able and willing to work rotational shift (24/7 Operation Hours). Candidate possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree Information Technology or equivalent. Familiar with IT Components. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with minimum supervision. Proficient in written and spoken Mandarin is required. Ability to work independently and be a team player. A highly motivated and innovative team player. Proven work experienced in data center is preferred – at least 1-2 years experiences.
