JOB SUMMARY - Oversee overall quality planning for all plants and foresee the possible issue arises - Execute departmental tasks as shown in QA task map - Maintain competent person staff for company compliance - Lead analysis on Management System (Aspect & Impact and Risk & Opportunity Assessment) on any changes happened within company - Presented as main management representative for compliance activities and ensure remaining representatives performed own tasks - Lead internal audits and management reviews. Main coordinator on external audits. - Coordinator for customer visits, meeting, gemba or audit related with products quality or company compliance. - Overview quality issues associated from suppliers or products, discuss with other department for effective countermeasures, and verification on the effectiveness of improvement action. - Verify and approve corrective action report (internal & customer) - Consult on continuous improvement in terms of quality, compliance, product and process performance - Input to supplier performance audit for Purchasing department. - Coordinate new product approval requirements - In-charge maintaining Document Control Centre - Authorized to hold production process if found any issue that affecting product quality or company image or in presence of unprecedented issues - Reporting to Executive Director JOB REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s Degree in quality control and environmental system, or similar. - At least 2 years in Quality Control and Environmental related matters. - Proficiency in providing external training in quality and environmental management system, and other training related to quality improvement. - Strong ability to meet customer’s quality requirement, reduce customer’s complaint and quality rejects, reduce wastage and ensure to meet set objective targets. Able to analyse and solve quality problems.
