Responsibilities: • To execute the sales activity assign by Lab Director • To achieve sales activity & sales target • Responsible to carry out sales activity (cold call, make appointment, product demo & close sales) • Report sales activity using agreeable reporting format • Prepare Sales Pipeline, daily, weekly & Monthly Sales Plan Report • To communicate with principal for commercial and technical aspect • Handle customer enquiries and generate quotation, SO and perform Internal checking • Debtors and payment update • Business Development-Extension of Scope • To promote calibration service to new customer • Carry out market survey • Provide service report and updates customer • Others task assigned by superior Authorities: • To generate Quotation, S/O, P/R, Internal Checking Form • Authority to handle customer enquiry • Attend site meeting and resolve customer complaints • Represent company for any conference /meeting /seminar held by legal authority or potential customer Desired Skills and competency requirements: • Sales skills &, product knowledge • Ability to operate SQL Accounting software • Microsoft Office application • Product demo, training and presentation skills • Good communication skills
