JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Briefs the cross-business unit (BU) of ASIA, AFRICA, MIDDLE EAST regional team on marketing concepts and requirements of Power Tools Division. - Tracks the successful implementation and execution of marketing concepts. - Develops, plans, and coordinates the implementation of BU marketing concepts in the countries according to the REACT framework. - Reports success stories as well as deviations to initiate countermeasures. - Briefs the XBU MCM to develop and plan, together with the On-, Offline, and UJ teams, how to successfully implement the BU marketing concepts. - Ensures a holistic implementation of BU marketing concepts (Project Management / Launch Management) in countries across the entire user journey. - Manages processes and resources to achieve goals. - Ensures set KPIs are met and continuously optimized. - Guides, coaches, and develops regional marketing team members while also defining target responsibilities for the Local User Journey Marketing Manager (CSO).
