P2P Analyst (Invoice Processing)

Full job description WE’RE HIRING: PROCUREMENT SENIOR ANALYST Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services) Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Working Arrangement: Hybrid (60% in-office, 40% WFH) – First week fully in-office for training Contract Duration: 12 months with PERSOLKELLY Salary: RM5,000 – RM7,000 (based on experience & qualifications) The P2P Analyst will be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices in a timely and accurate manner. This role will require strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with P2P systems and knowledge of accounting principles is preferred. Key Responsibilities: -Ensure accurate & timely processing of supplier invoices while adhering to policies & procedures -Manage invoice workflows efficiently to meet company expectations -Resolve operational issues with suppliers & internal teams related to invoices & payments -Oversee PO changes & closures to maintain smooth operations -Provide invoice-related guidance & support to internal stakeholders -Prepare account reconciliations & analyze discrepancies -Implement best practices and identify continuous improvement opportunities -Build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders -Provide support to the team, especially during high workloads, leave periods, or urgent requirements Who Can Apply? -Diploma or University Degree (or equivalent professional certification) -3-5 years of experience in procurement, P2P, or finance operations -Experience working in a global or multinational company -Ability to work independently & in a dynamic, fast-changing environment -Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written & presentation) -Proven ability to multi-task & meet tight deadlines -Excellent stakeholder management & influencing skills HOW TO APPLY?
