PRODUCTION TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR

1) Minimum Academic Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and or other related production technical academic achievement. However, candidates with lower academic qualifications may also be considered on a case- to-case basis provided the candidate is capable of demonstrating his level of related technical knowledge during the interview. 2) Expected Working Environment & Scope Of Work : a) Expected Working Environment i) Prepare to work under a mental stamping production environment condition ii) Prepare to work on a rotation production shift basis as and when required. iii) Good interpersonal skills and capable of working closely with colleagues. iv) Capable of leading and supervising a group of subordinates in executing various tasks assigned to and completing them within the given timeframe. v) On a standby supporting role basis should there be any emergency related to machine/equipment breakdown during the production process. b) Scope Of Work i) Repair & Maintenance Duties - Able to carry out ad-hoc and scheduled repair and maintenance duties on various production equipment/machinery and relevant supporting facilities such as Speed Bending Machine-Ermak series, Press Machine-Durmarpress series, Laser Metal Cutting Machine-GN Laser, Heating facility, HVAC and others. - Capable to manage and handling centralized production air compressor facility (ie. Airman-SAS75U with multiple compressors support) and air conditioning cooling system (York Air-conditioning System) for the whole production plant. ii) Production Process Responsibilities - Able to operate various production process equipment in executing given production targets to be achieved. Among the common production machinery/equipment operates on regular basis are the Speed Bending Machine series, Pressing Machine series, Laser Metal Cutting Machine-GN Laser (The Light Of The World series), Heavy Duty Drilling Machine, and other commonly used metal stamping equipment and tools.
