Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in business development and grow within our organization. The role involves supporting our business development initiatives while also providing high-level personal assistance to the executive team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and confidentiality. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and researching potential business opportunities and partnerships, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will assist in the creation and implementation of strategic business development plans, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, and coordinate and attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows. Additionally, they will monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to think strategically, and the drive to execute initiatives effectively. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, along with a professional demeanor and attention to detail, are essential. The candidate should be capable of building and maintaining professional relationships, taking a proactive approach to work, and demonstrating a willingness to embrace new challenges. While previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, it is not required for fresh graduates. A valid driver’s license is necessary for this role.
