Operations Administration (Bus Projects): Support fleet management, service schedules, procurement, and operational KPIs. Coordinate project documents and ensure smooth operations. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain ISO-compliant documentation, update SOPs, and assist in audits. Manage document revisions and compliance reports. Coordination & Communication: Act as liaison between internal teams, suppliers, and partners. Organize meetings and handle correspondence. Reporting & Analysis: Compile production, fleet, and procurement reports. Analyze performance data and track KPIs. Office & Facility Management: Oversee office supplies, document storage, and facility maintenance. Ensure administrative processes align with company policies. Process Improvement & Efficiency: Suggest and implement process optimizations, particularly in document control and procurement.
