In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage in daily operations, manage relationships with internals, partners and stakeholders, contribute to digitalization efforts, and handle the financial aspects of the insurance business. Your Tasks ∙Assist with servicing cover notes, endorsements, policies and quotations for non-motor and motor insurance. ∙Ensure accuracy and promptness on all invoices, payments, refunds, reports and cancellations. ∙Make sure both new and renewal businesses, non-motor and motor insurance, are properly done which includes road tax delivery arrangements are completed on time. ∙Follow ups with partners and stakeholders to avoid operational interruptions. ∙Be the primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to motor and non-motor insurance. ∙Lead and facilitate monthly meetings, both internal and external, to improve insurance performance. ∙Collaborate with insurance broker to ensure comprehensive coverage for corporate insurance portfolio, including conducting site audit visit at the Pekan plant and providing quarterly stock report to the insurance broker. ∙Assist in the digitalization of the insurance business by working closely with the departments. This includes supporting UAT, handling Change Requests (CRs), ensuring local market readiness, and integrating insurance into the customer journeys through Insurance Point of Sale Solution (IPOS) to deliver a smooth online experience before go-live. ∙Identify any critical issues to be reflected under local regulatory, legal and data compliance aspects. ∙Provide comprehensive insights on marketing activities, tracking progress and outcomes. ∙Engage in designing presentation materials. ∙Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. ∙Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop new business initiatives. ∙Support the insurance manager and the insurance assistant manager on any other reasonable duties, as required. Qualifications ∙Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in business administration or any related field, with preferably one year of operational experience in a general insurance background. ∙Knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). ∙Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ∙Analytical, attention to detail, matured and ability to work independently. ∙Very good in understanding insurance business. ∙A proactive, organized, and dedicated individual with a focus on solutions. ∙Keen to learn and adaptable to taking on additional duties as assigned. ∙Embodies company core values and upholds the highest operational standards in a compliant and efficient way.
