Responsibility 1) Achieving budget plan provided and support team to achieve the same. 2) Meet customers and get the pull through business. 3) Maintain customer relationship & Manage Major accounts. 4) Focus on service sales business mainly on-air compressor, portable air compressor, DEG business. 5) Familiar with maintenance contract and new equipment sales supply. 6) Track sales budgets weekly & monthly and review the progress and short fall. 7) To provide sales forecast for the assign account. 8) Identify and establish technical needs of the customer and provide suitable or applicable solution to the needs. 9) Present complex technical information to customer in a way that is easily understandable. 10) Perform presentation or demonstration of product and solution to customer. 11) Work closely with Account Manager to identify new customer, plan for presentation, identify customer needs and pain points and liaise with technological provider for the best solution. 12) Work closely with Account Manager to regularly maintain relationship with existing customer by providing after sales support such as health check, troubleshooting, upgrade, and others. 13) Develop strong relationship with key stakeholder in current and prospective customers, including Engineers, Managers, Operation, or technical people etc. 14) Ensure full communication and coordination between customers and proposal department as well as ensure Engineer/Commercial Executive prepare proposal and hand over to customers on time. Requirements 1) Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical / Process Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Instrument Engineering or equivalent. 2) Basic understanding on air compressor, portable air compressor, DEG business. 3) Strong analytical and ability to prioritise the workload. 4) Positive attitude, initiative, hardworking and team player with strong interpersonal skills. 5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 6) Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and to deliver superior results. 7) Willing to travel locally and outstation. Overseas travelling will be required depending on your accounts / customers. 8) Outspoken and Sociable personnel. 9) Good presentation skills. 10) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 11) Good and strong existing connection in Oil & Gas Industry especially on End User, EPCC, Consultants, and fabricators.
