We are currently looking for a Commercial Manager for CIS countries, able to speak CIS languages, who would play a key role in ensuring expansion into new regions to explore and exploit the opportunities and provided to drive our shared business goals. We are looking for Marketing professionals who want to test their skills in both the corporate & commercial side of sales & marketing, penetrating into new markets. This role has an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders and have a direct influence on the strategic direction of the SNR organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to expand into new geographic market segment (CIS Countries). New market stream exploration is needed to generate higher revenue. Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for new contracts. Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth. Monitor local regulations for Central Asian countries deal with customers and authorities in local language. Oversee contracts and vendors in those destination. Boost entity’s palm oil exports capabilities from Malaysia and International Merchanting trades of Sugar to those destinations. Generate revenue streams from other Agri commodities traded by the entity. Support export & sales team. Provide assistance in areas where language is a barrier. Establish relationships with central Asian embassies and consulates business & trade wings to explore new customers. Target industry wide and should have good historic experience in the region as well. Promote entities products, expanding company’s presence in the region. Travel frequently if required to address issues and promote company to Central Asian countries. Specifically market the company’s presence in the Uzbekistan & Tajikistan region. KEY REQUIREMENTS: Able to speak any of the three languages (Uzbek, Tajik or Farsi) including English. Masters’ Degree in Business or Marketing. Having at least 5 years of experience in marketing, (minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Head) Calm nature & ability to handle a team in those regions. Strong commercial acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills and able to work under time pressure Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in order to build relationship across all levels. Results Oriented and have strong negotiation skills.
