JOB DESCRIPTION
- Report directly to the Security Manager on day-to-day security operation and administration for the company.
- Protect personnel, property, premises and proprietary information against fire, accident, theft, damage, trespassing and vandalism.
- To coordinate and liaise closely with site’s security operation on all security operation matters.
- Coordinate with Security Officer/ Supervisor on the deployment and optimization of manpower utilization.
- To ensure the CCTV system at all sites is in good order.
- To always ensure proper and structured access control for any incoming and outgoing visitors, contractors and trucks.
- To investigate and report in a timely manner.
- Coordinate response to all emergencies, record all unusual incidences in logbook and promptly notify the superior.
- Ensure company policy as well as security regulations or standard operating procedures are being adhered to.
- Organize and arrange training for staff on relevant security subjects.
- To assist in security audit and inspection and to present recommendations.
- Report all building hazards and malfunctions to the superior.
- Participating in cost-saving exercises and ensuring expenses is of the most economic means.
- Assist Security Manager on manpower planning and deployment.
- Establish and maintain close liaison and cooperation with the local authorities, especially the Police, Bomba and other related local agencies.
- To perform other duties & responsibilities which the Security Manager may assign from time to time.
- To attend all training and presentations on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.
- Able to relocated/ travel whenever required
