We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role includes updating invoices, supporting basic HR functions, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

P.S. Our office includes a small, extremely friendly, and cuddly dog. Candidates must be comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, update, and maintain invoices in the internal system.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including updating staff leave records, tracking attendance, and supporting onboarding documentation.
  • Help with processing staff claims and ensuring all relevant documents are properly filed and submitted.
  • Maintain accurate records, documents, and internal databases.
  • Support office operations and general administrative duties such as scheduling and filing.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and reminders on administrative tasks internally and externally.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to speak and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
  • Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry systems).
  • Prior experience in administration or HR support is a bonus, but not required — we value capability over qualifications.
