- Interacting with dealers, shipyards and customers to provide relevant service information required
- To carry out service administration and coordination requirement effectively, ensuring all aspects of service function are properly handle together with the relevant service team engineer.
- Liaise with service manager and service engineer for dispatching/ assigning service call/ task/ job for attend customers service, repair, installation & technical trouble-shooting
- Compile, prepare and analyse monthly service report from service engineer and report to Service Manager
- Work closely with Japan, Singapore, FND, service team, dealers & customer for service & survey coordination
- Coordinate and liaise with Singapore counterpart in Service & Operation Department, Warehouse & Logistics Department to ensure that goods, spare parts and accessories are arranged and delivered on time.
- Minimum SPM/ STPM qualification or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferably in similar industry
- Able read & comprehend basic technical documents, and work relate documentations in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good analytical thinking and trouble-shooting skill.
- Knowledge in computers and marine electronics, communication system will be an advantage
