Daily Accounting Operations

  • Record and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Maintain accurate financial records for poultry sales and expenses
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring

    Accounts Payable & Receivable

    • Process supplier invoices for poultry feed, farm equipment, and other operational expenses
    • Monitor customer payments, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding balances
    • Process payment for staff claims, company expenses and petty cash management

      Financial Reporting & Documentation

      • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, and balance sheets
      • Maintain proper documentation for tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting

        Costing & Inventory Management

        • Assist in tracking poultry production costs
        • Work with operations to monitor stock levels and cost control measure

          Ad Hoc task by superior

  • Fresh graduate from diploma or degree in Accounting
  • At least 2 years of related experience will be an advantage
  • Able to handle full set of account
  • Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • 5 days work per week (9am - 6pm)
