- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
