Job Responsibilities:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
- Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in cryptocurrency is an absolute advantage but not require
- Fresh Graduate is accepted
- 1+ years experience in customer service
- Able to work on shift rotational including weekend and public holiday
- Native or fluent speaking Korean is a must
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues from Taiwan and China
- Strong customer-focused mindset with professional customer service skills
- A good team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Candidates with less experience can apply Junior CS Officer
