Job Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge in cryptocurrency is an absolute advantage but not require
  • Fresh Graduate is accepted
  • 1+ years experience in customer service
  • Able to work on shift rotational including weekend and public holiday
  • Native or fluent speaking Korean is a must
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues from Taiwan and China
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with professional customer service skills
  • A good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • Candidates with less experience can apply Junior CS Officer
