Key Responsibilities:

  • Automated Marketing Email Planning & Execution
    • Responsible for setting up and maintaining CRM automated email systems.
    • Plan and configure trigger points for different user segments to improve conversion rates.
    • Regularly communicate with the technical team to optimize email delivery logic and technical support.
    • Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
      • Design relevant small-scale promotional or engagement activities for different conversion touchpoints.
      • Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand strategy.
      • Monitor campaign performance to ensure a positive impact on user behavior.
      • Data Analysis & Optimization
        • Collect and analyze key data, including email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
        • Conduct periodic reviews of CRM strategies and suggest improvements.
        • Track different campaign performances and refine strategies to enhance ROI.
  • Qualifications:

    • CRM Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing; cryptocurrency industry experience is not required but preferred.
    • Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in user behavior data analysis, with the ability to drive marketing decisions based on data insights.
    • Technical Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with the technical team to optimize CRM automation logic and email strategy.
    • Marketing Campaign Planning: Experience in designing effective promotional and retention strategies.
    • Familiarity with CRM Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, ActiveCampaign, or other CRM systems is a plus.
    • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
