Key Responsibilities:Automated Marketing Email Planning & Execution- Responsible for setting up and maintaining CRM automated email systems.
- Plan and configure trigger points for different user segments to improve conversion rates.
- Regularly communicate with the technical team to optimize email delivery logic and technical support.
- Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design relevant small-scale promotional or engagement activities for different conversion touchpoints.
- Collaborate with operations and design teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance to ensure a positive impact on user behavior.
- Data Analysis & Optimization
- Collect and analyze key data, including email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct periodic reviews of CRM strategies and suggest improvements.
- Track different campaign performances and refine strategies to enhance ROI.
Qualifications:- CRM Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing; cryptocurrency industry experience is not required but preferred.
- Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in user behavior data analysis, with the ability to drive marketing decisions based on data insights.
- Technical Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with the technical team to optimize CRM automation logic and email strategy.
- Marketing Campaign Planning: Experience in designing effective promotional and retention strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools: Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, ActiveCampaign, or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
