- Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously
- Schedule and manage service appointments or customer bookings
- Handle basic customer inquiries and relay messages to relevant team members
- Issue invoices, receipts, and assist with simple paperwork or clerical duties
- Perform basic admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Perform simple car inspection tasks — training will be provided
- Occasionally help with simple social media posts or updates — we’ll guide you!
- Support the team in day-to-day operations as needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No specific academic qualifications required — we welcome all applicants, including fresh grads
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Friendly, responsible, and presentable, with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions independently
- Basic computer and social media skills
- Comfortable handling both customer service and simple car inspection tasks
- Interest in cars is a bonus but not necessary
