  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and manage service appointments or customer bookings
  • Carry out simple car inspection tasks — training will be provided
  • Assist with creating and updating social media content
  • Assist with basic customer inquiries and relay messages to the appropriate team members
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and support general paperwork or clerical tasks
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Provide general support to the team with day-to-day operations as needed

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • No specific academic qualifications required — we welcome all applicants, including fresh graduates
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Friendly, responsible, and presentable, with a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions independently
  • Comfortable handling both customer service and basic car inspection tasks
  • Familiarity with cars or basic automotive knowledge is a plus
