  • Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule and manage service appointments or customer bookings
  • Handle basic customer inquiries and relay messages to relevant team members
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and assist with simple paperwork or clerical duties
  • Perform basic admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Perform simple car inspection tasks — training will be provided
  • Occasionally help with simple social media posts or updates — we’ll guide you!
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations as needed

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • No specific academic qualifications required — we welcome all applicants, including fresh grads
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Friendly, responsible, and presentable, with a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn and able to follow instructions independently
  • Basic computer and social media skills
  • Comfortable handling both customer service and simple car inspection tasks
  • Interest in cars is a bonus but not necessary
