- Greet walk-in customers and visitors in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and courteously
- Schedule and manage service appointments or customer bookings
- Carry out simple car inspection tasks — training will be provided
- Assist with creating and updating social media content
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and relay messages to the appropriate team members
- Issue invoices, receipts, and support general paperwork or clerical tasks
- Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Provide general support to the team with day-to-day operations as needed
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No specific academic qualifications required — we welcome all applicants, including fresh graduates
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Friendly, responsible, and presentable, with a positive attitude
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions independently
- Comfortable handling both customer service and basic car inspection tasks
- Familiarity with cars or basic automotive knowledge is a plus
