- Supplier Communication – Engaging with vendors for quotes, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Inventory & Stock Management – Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely restocking.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping – Maintaining records, invoices, and contracts.
- Cost Control – Assisting in budgeting and ensuring cost-effective purchases.
- Compliance & Policies – Ensuring purchases comply with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinating Deliveries – Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good negotiation and communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of finance & accounting
- Familiarity with procurement software & Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written & spoken)
