  • Inventory & Stock Management – Monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely restocking.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping – Maintaining records, invoices, and contracts.
  • Cost Control – Assisting in budgeting and ensuring cost-effective purchases.
  • Compliance & Policies – Ensuring purchases comply with company policies and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good negotiation and communication abilities
  • Basic knowledge of finance & accounting
  • Familiarity with procurement software & Microsoft Office
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written & spoken)
