Job Summary:The Business Analyst at SmartB will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and drive growth. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, including marketing, sales, product development, and operations, to gather requirements, develop business cases, and implement changes that align with SmartB’s strategic goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of business solutions to ensure they meet the desired objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to SmartB.

B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS- Min of CGPA 3.4 or Upper Second Class (2.1)
- SPM Result: A for both Maths and Addional Maths (or equivalent)
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest industry trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Mandarin speaking is a bonus
