Key Responsibilities Of A Pilates Studio Manager:Scheduling and Class Management- Oversee the class schedules, ensuring that instructors are properly schedules, and that classes are filed with clients through Rezerv app.
- Handle cancellations, substitutions, or last-minute changes.
Client Relations and Customer Service:- Act as the main point of contract for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Ensure a welcoming, positive and motivating environment for clients.
- Handle client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Staff Management and Development:- Manage, train and oversee front desk staff.
- Schedule and manage instructor shifts on Rezerv app.
- Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for instructors
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
Studio Maintenance and Operations:- Oversee the cleanliness, organization and maintenance of the studio, including equipment care.
- Ensure that Pilates equipment (like reformers, mats and props) is in good condition.
- Maintain studio supplies and handle inventory management.
Financial Management:- Monitor membership packages
- Oversee payment, membership renewals and handle invoicing and billing.
- Create monthly sales report through Rezerv app.
Marketing and Promotion:- Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients, such as promotions, social media marketing and partnerships with local businesses.
- Maintain the studio's online presence (website, social media, etc.) and manage client communication (newsletter, updates, etc.)
- Promote workshops, special events or seasonal classes.
Sales and Memberships:- Drive sales of class packages, memberships, merchandise and services.
- Upsell additional services such as private lessons or wellness packages.
- Maintain relationships withe current members, ensuring they renew memberships and continue attending classes.
