  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Daily Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Ensure staffing schedules, monitor attendance, attire, and share sales updates. Conduct briefings on product knowledge and customer feedback.

Paperwork: Create daily work schedules (DWS) and submit for approval, ensure store cleanliness and compliance with DWS.

Sales Area Management: Maintain cleanliness, improve displays, and ensure proper equipment condition.

Ordering & Inventory: Check and approve daily stock requests, monitor stock levels, and manage POP (Price Of Promotion) and price card updates.

Merchandise Management: Ensure production levels, prepare sushi assortments, and maintain display readiness.

Non-Merchandise Management: Ensure equipment and store maintenance.

Backroom Management: Monitor price alterations, stock receiving, and merchandise quality control.

Weekly Responsibilities:

Promotion Plan: Check execution of promotion plans, stock volume, and setup before and after operations.

Ordering & Stock Management: Confirm weekly production and maintain stock.

Office Management: Prepare sales and promotion reports.

Monthly Responsibilities:

Scheduling: Plan department and promoter schedules, and stock take manpower planning.

OKR: Prepare and monitor OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) progress.

Office Management: File and organize monthly reports, sales budgets, and reviews.

Promotion Plan: Plan and schedule promotions, including setup and staff coordination.

Meetings: Attend department and merchandiser meetings, and conduct staff meetings.

Additional Duties:

Perform other tasks as assigned by management based on business needs.

Education Qualification & Experiences

â–º Degree/Diploma in any field.

â–º 3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
