Daily Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Ensure staffing schedules, monitor attendance, attire, and share sales updates. Conduct briefings on product knowledge and customer feedback. Paperwork: Create daily work schedules (DWS) and submit for approval, ensure store cleanliness and compliance with DWS. Sales Area Management: Maintain cleanliness, improve displays, and ensure proper equipment condition. Ordering & Inventory: Check and approve daily stock requests, monitor stock levels, and manage POP (Price Of Promotion) and price card updates. Merchandise Management: Ensure production levels, prepare sushi assortments, and maintain display readiness. Non-Merchandise Management: Ensure equipment and store maintenance. Backroom Management: Monitor price alterations, stock receiving, and merchandise quality control. Weekly Responsibilities: Promotion Plan: Check execution of promotion plans, stock volume, and setup before and after operations. Ordering & Stock Management: Confirm weekly production and maintain stock. Office Management: Prepare sales and promotion reports. Monthly Responsibilities: Scheduling: Plan department and promoter schedules, and stock take manpower planning. OKR: Prepare and monitor OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) progress. Office Management: File and organize monthly reports, sales budgets, and reviews. Promotion Plan: Plan and schedule promotions, including setup and staff coordination. Meetings: Attend department and merchandiser meetings, and conduct staff meetings. Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management based on business needs.
Education Qualification & Experiences
â–º Degree/Diploma in any field.
â–º 3-5 years of working experience in retail operations management/related field.
