- Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Accurately input a variety of financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, into our accounting system on a daily basis. Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical records, ensuring information is easy to access and always accurate. Your keen eye for detail will help us avoid errors and keep operations smooth.
- Sales & Expense Tracking: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, ensuring that figures are consistent across platforms. - Invoice & Payment Processing: Generate and issue invoices to clients and assist in following up on outstanding payments. Record all incoming and outgoing payments promptly. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all bills are paid on time and reflected correctly in the accounting system.

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Office Admin, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of experience in account or bookkeeping roles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Mandarin speaking and writing is required.
