  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities: The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduce information about the products that the business is providing.

What will you do as a telesales agent :

  • Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order according to the data the customer has demanded (available data).
  • Manage / store customer information on the company system
  • Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increase sales
  • Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed
  • Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Min SPM with sales/telemarketing experience
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good tele sales person needs to know how to focus on needs and the customer's desire to be able to give accurate advice
  • Selling skills, closing sales
  • Ability to handle
  • The ability to grasp customer psychology
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Out-patient medical claim
  • Potential to get promoted in short time based on excellent performance

Salary Details:

Normal Speakers -Basic: RM2500 -RM2700

Additional Language Speakers -Basic: RM2900 -RM3500 + Language Allowance RM400

+ Attractive Commission Payout Scheme up to RM5000 per month (Pay Out Monthly Basis)

  • Working Location: Petaling Jaya (Near Asia Jaya LRT Station)
  • Working Hours : Shift A : 9.00AM-6.00PM Shift B : 12.00PM - 9.00PM ( Rotation Shift )
  • Working Days : 5.5 days a week (Monday- Sunday) , Off Day: Based on schedule given
