- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and improve current sales campaigns.
- Identify, propose new channels and develop new/improving existing channel marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.
- Design, develop and execute a robust outbound lead generation strategy to expand the company's customer base and establish a strong market presence.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential B2B/B2C leads, leveraging various sources including online research, industry events, social media, and networking.
- Utilize advanced tools and platforms to maximize outreach efficiency, track results, and streamline lead generation efforts.
- Regularly monitor competitor's official sites and create competitor’s analysis report.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager/Team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads for further engagement and a smooth transition from lead to customer, facilitating successful sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities.
- Conduct market research, analyze and identify the latest trends/technologies in order to stay abreast of the industry trends.
- Align marketing and sales efforts to optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay abreast of the current marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to drive physical engagement and lead generation.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Business, Communications or related field.
- Two (2) years of lead generation experience within the B2B/B2C environment, with a focus on outbound prospecting
- Prior experience demonstrating ownership and initiative in taking charge of lead qualification and nurturing processes.
- Results-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of marketing and sales trends.
