  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Prepared Bank Reconcile monthly
  • Prepared Fixed Assets schedule monthly
  • Process petty cash claim by verifying supporting and ensure on time reimbursement
  • Process all Invoice to the Accounting System to ensure timely and accurate posting
  • Reconcile tax & duty report for daily and monthly billing report
  • To ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system
  • To ensure accounting entries are in accordance to the company accounting policies
  • Follow up on Invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions being investigate and closed on timely basis
  • Ensure accurate and timely handling of daily accounting transactions including but not limited to AP, AR, GL, petty cash, bank reconciliation.
  • Manage and ensure proper filing and documentation.
  • Summarizing financial status, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports
  • Liaise with external parties (auditors, bankers, tax agents and government agencies).
  • Work closely with the Accounts team members and collaborate effectively with other departments to support organizational goals.
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Able to communciate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
