- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite manner.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining service stations.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
