Job Description: The PMO Engineer will actively engage in NPI activities from the RFQ (Request for Quotation) stage through the development and pre-production phases. The primary objective is to ensure projects are released to production within the pre-defined timeline while meeting customer requirements and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. RFQ Preparation: Compile and prepare comprehensive RFQ documentation for new projects. 2. Technical Gate Approval (TGA): Prepare and conduct TGA reviews to align project milestones and technical readiness. 3. Customer Collaboration: Attend conference calls with customers to understand and address project needs. 4. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with cross-functional departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely project delivery and monitor pipeline sales. 5. Technical Support: Act as the technical point of contact for customers and overseas sales offices. Review and approve customer bonding diagrams for new programs and tool-up processes. Recommend appropriate bill of materials (BOM) based on customer requirements. Provide detailed information and responses to customers by collaborating with internal teams. Coordinate technical programs, conference calls, and milestone charts, ensuring completion of program deliverables. Document meeting minutes and track action items for accountability. 6. Package Design Coordination: Work with product groups, the tooling department, and other teams to identify and implement new package designs.
