KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Operations Support 1) This role is primarily an in-office position, focused on internal and telephonic/emails interactions with clients. 2) Assist the Manager in handling spare parts and project sales operations. 3) Manage and organize documentation related to sales processes. 4) Execute follow-up tasks with efficiency to ensure smooth operations. Customer Liaison 1) Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding sales and quality issues. 2) Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. 3) Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Logistics Coordination 1) Oversee the transportation and shipping of products to customers. 2) Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of products. Cost Estimation Assistance 1) Collaborate with the Sales Manager in estimating costs for projects. 2) Analyze data and provide insights to aid in accurate cost estimation.
