Procurement cum Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the entire purchasing process and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. Procurement & Supplier Management 采购与供应商管理 Find, negotiate, and manage suppliers.寻找、谈判并管理供应商。 Ensure good quality, pricing, and on-time delivery.确保质量好、价格合理、按时交货。 2. Supply Chain & Logistics 供应链与物流 Manage the supply chain from purchasing to delivery.管理从采购到交付的供应链。 Control inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.控制库存，避免短缺或积压。 Oversee warehousing and transportation.监督仓储和运输。 3. Cost & Budget Control 成本与预算控制 Plan and monitor procurement costs规划和监控采购成本。 Reduce expenses and improve efficiency.降低成本，提高效率。 4. Risk & Compliance 风险与合规 Identify risks and ensure smooth operations.识别风险，确保运营顺畅。 Follow company policies and legal rules.遵守公司政策和法律法规。 5.
