Job Description

• Plan and allocate wholesaler sales targets, volume phasing, and forecast planning.

• Analyze pricing, sales data, and market trends to drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, key accounts, and outlets.

• Implement effective sales strategies and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.

• Manage sales budgets, ensure demand and supply alignment, and optimize resources.

• Address customer issues, handle complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Ensure seamless execution of sales processes and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in sales within the FMCG industry, with a preference in food and beverage industry.

• Experience in Free Trade Zone or Duty-Free markets are highly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical abilities with excellent Microsoft Excel skills (proficiency in Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP preferred).

• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills to deliver clear, professional, and impactful presentations to upper management.

• Result oriented and strong ability to adapt to change.
