Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Maximize profits through Local/domestic student recruitment & developing sale strategies that match educational requirements by promoting MDIS Malaysia’s program, product, services and/or ideas.

• Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.

• Overseeing & developing recruitment representative and/or agencies in Malaysia.

• Conducting research & collecting data to identify new sources of student recruitment.

• Devising & presenting ideas & strategies of MDIS Marketing Plan & Calendar.

• Compiling and feedback on market recruitment trends, intelligence and competitor analysis.

• Campaigning and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels on assigned region.

• Organising educational and recruitment events and exhibitions.

• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

• Coordinating internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.

• Monitoring performance of assigned Malaysia states/schools or campaign.

• Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Professional Certificate or Diploma (relevant background or experience will be an added advantage).

• Successful track record of sales experience (experience in local/domestic student recruitment) and a minimum of 2 years work experience will be and added advantage).

• Knowledge in handling sales representative or channel and develop good rapports with both internal & external stakeholders.

• Knowledge in coordinating with large representative for events & promotions.

• Knowledge on planning of sales exhibitions fairs & conduct business previews for local/domestic events.

• Outspoken & willing to work on off hours (if required).

• Willing to travel for work & also the patience in dealing with local/domestic customers.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
