Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead, Marketing to oversee and execute marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business performance. This role requires a creative yet analytical mindset to manage various marketing initiatives, ensure design excellence, analyze data-driven insights, and collaborate across teams for successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and manage all marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and optimize marketing performance to maximize ROI.
Branding & Design Oversight
• Ensure high-quality design standards for both web and other digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visual assets.
Event & Trade Show Management
• Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, and marketing activations.
• Develop event marketing strategies to increase audience reach and brand awareness.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
Data Analytics & Insights
• Leverage platform statistics and external market trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Regularly update management on data-driven insights, campaign performance, and optimization opportunities.
Demand Forecasting & Predictive Modeling
• Develop predictive models to manage demand and optimize marketing efforts on a weekly basis.
• Use historical data, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate demand fluctuations.
• Implement strategies to balance supply and demand effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or digital strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
