Are you a strategic storyteller with a passion for B2B eCommerce? Do you excel at creating high impact content that drives engagement and brand awareness? If so, we want you to join Borong as our Marketing Content Manager!
In this role, you will develop and execute Borong’s content strategy, crafting compelling materials that resonate with suppliers, retailers, and key stakeholders in the B2B eCommerce ecosystem. You’ll shape our thought leadership, optimize content for SEO, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement a content marketing strategy aligned with Borong’s brand and business objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts.
• Optimize content for SEO and content distribution to maximize reach and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, lead generation, and brand positioning.
• Manage and coordinate external writers, agencies, and multimedia content creators.
• Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation tools to refine strategies.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives, positioning Borong as an industry leader in B2B eCommerce.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
• Experience: 5-8 years in content marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce industries.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
Core Skills:
• Exceptional storytelling & writing skills – ability to craft compelling content across multiple formats.
• SEO expertise with strong knowledge of keyword research and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Experience managing external writers, agencies, and content creators.
• Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and creating sales enablement content.
