Job Description

This role liases closely with the APAC regional operations leadership to bring the perspective of Marketing into strategic decision-making and to communicate core programmes and activities. Board participation may occur on an ad-hoc basis at regional as well as local market level.

The Asia Pacific region is characterized by high growth-potential markets, varying in level of maturity from a recruitment perspective. Our established recruitment disciplines range from Technology to Finance, Sales, Marketing and Engineering & Manufacturing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead business partnering for marketing towards local Michael Page market operational leadership across the region.

• Responsible for building and executing an aligned Michael Page go-to-market strategy to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing, employer branding and profitable conversion rate targets.

• Collaborate with the regional Channel Marketing leader to develop effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth

• Marketing Budget & KPI responsibility

• Balance investment in resources across B2C, B2B and employer branding programmes based on the needs of the operations business

• Collaborate and influence global marketing programmes based on the needs of the operations business

• Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market.

• Drive awareness of Michael Page brand to differentiate and establish long-term equity.

• Establish planning and programmes for talent development of marketing managers and professionals across the region

• Accountable for providing business reporting to local operations leadership and global marketing leadership

• Proactively share local market best practices with all global markets-test global tactics to improve local go-to-market programmes.

The Successful Applicant

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Commerciality: Ability to develop and deliver an effective programme that shows impact on the bottom line

• Influence: ability to deliver against market priorities and challenge where relevant to ensure focus

• Excellent leadership, communication, and programme management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of direct reports

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed

• Customer focused, with the ability to lead delivery of impactful campaigns with a consistent communications framework

• Balance short term results with longer term strategy to support business growth

Experience:

• 10+ years of marketing experience

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree qualification.

• Track record in managing marketing teams across the Asian continent.

• Experience in professional services industry

• Strong track record in B2B lead gen campaigning

• Experience in managing marketing in a global, matrix environment.

• Ideal experience in consulting, professional services industries
