This role involves working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive brand growth, ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company’s business objectives while adhering to regulatory guidelines. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Brand Strategy Development: o Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies to increase market share, awareness, and customer loyalty. o Monitor and analyze brand performance through market research and consumer insights to refine strategies. • Marketing Campaigns: o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and direct marketing, to promote pharmaceutical products effectively. o Coordinate with the creative team, sales team, and agencies to produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content. • Market Analysis & Reporting: o Conduct market research to track trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity. o Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to help guide product development and marketing decisions. o Provide regular reports on brand performance and return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities. • Cross-functional Collaboration: o Work with sales teams to support product positioning and communication strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives. o Liaise with regulatory affairs to ensure all marketing materials comply with industry standards and regulations. • Customer Engagement: o Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and stakeholders. o Organize events, seminars, and webinars to engage with healthcare professionals and raise awareness about the brand. • Brand Communication: o Monitor and manage brand communications to ensure consistency across all channels and platforms. o Develop and maintain the brand’s messaging to effectively communicate product benefits to target audiences. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field. • Experience: o At least 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product management in the pharmaceutical/medical device, healthcare, or FMCG industries. • Skills: o Strong project management and organizational skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams. o Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software/tools. • Personal Attributes: o Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving. o Strong passion for the pharmaceutical & medical device industry and understanding of its impact on healthcare.
