E-commerce Seller Acquisition - 12 months extendable contract
(start from 3 months contract (probation period) first + if pass probation will extend another 9 months contract)
Location: Southpoint Tower, Mid Valley City
Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9:30am - 6:30pm)
Basic salary: RM2500
Commission : up to RM1000/month based on performance
Job scope:
• Follow up on leads generated by Acquisition Leads
• Assist with all documentation and steps needed to register sellers with SPX (account creation/contract signing etc.)
• Perform proper handover of acquired sellers to backend relationship management team after seller incubation period
• Perform regular outreach to sellers to obtain seller feedback and maintain minimal seller churn
Job requirements:
• Good command of Malay and English, both written and spoken
• Good relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Able to pitch confidently & with a driven attitude to achieve sales target Outgoing personality and good negotiation skill
• Basic knowledge of Excel, including data entry and simple spreadsheet management
• Diploma/degree level education or above
