
Customer Service (E Commerce – TIKTOK & SHOPEE )
•To improve customer satisfaction, proactively emphasize and elevate consumer comments to the online order platform (TIKTOK & SHOPEE) enquires, making sure that prompt and high-quality solutions are provided.
•Recognize the essential procedures and offer workable answers to enhance the provision of customer care.
•Use your knowledge of web markup language and search engine optimization to create content that is clear, succinct, and grammatically correct for a variety of target audiences.
•To uphold the company's principles, keep your brand voice consistent across all platforms of communication.
•Engage in team, department, and unit activities that foster strong team dynamics and consistently offer suggestions for workplace enhancements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
