CQ Inspector - B&P

Quality Inspection & Assurance Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles after bodywork and painting to ensure quality standards are met. Check for paint defects, surface imperfections, color matching, and proper finishing. Verify that all body repairs are completed according to manufacturer guidelines. Ensure proper alignment of repaired body panels, doors, bumpers, and other components. Perform final checks before releasing vehicles to customers or the next service stage. Process Monitoring & Compliance Ensure repairs comply with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and company quality standards. Work closely with body repair technicians and painters to correct defects before final delivery. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and prepare detailed inspection reports. Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations in body repair and painting processes. Defect Identification & Resolution Identify issues such as paint mismatches, uneven coatings, overspray, scratches, and dents. Communicate findings with workshop teams and recommend necessary corrections. Approve or reject repaired vehicles based on quality assessment. Customer Service & Documentation Maintain detailed records of inspection findings and corrective actions taken. Assist in addressing customer complaints related to paintwork and body repairs. Work closely with the Service Advisors to ensure customer expectations are met.
