  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role involves leading production teams, optimizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: Production Management: Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet output goals. Monitor production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and resource efficiency. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to minimize downtime. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff (operators, technicians, etc.). Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/disciplinary actions as needed. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications (e.g., ISO, GMP). Implement corrective actions for defects or non-conformities. Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety protocols. Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize processes. Recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and cut costs. Lead/participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Six Sigma initiatives. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain production records (output, scrap, downtime, etc.). Prepare reports for management on KPIs, variances, and corrective actions. Inventory & Resource Control: Monitor raw material and equipment usage to prevent shortages or overages. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for material flow.
