  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description 1. In charge of the operations and logistics management for outstation warehouses, including local and international inbound and outbound shipments. 2. Ensure optimal stock level at all times to support production and direct door sales. 3. Prepare and regularly update stock delivery schedule and coordinate all departments to adhere to the delivery timeline. 4. Maintain good 5S housekeeping and proper inventory management. 5. Conduct warehouse daily, weekly & monthly audits to maintain inventory accuracy. 6. Update management on inventory situation (e.g. turnover rate, quality issues, etc.). 7. Work closely with all departments to ensure stock replenishment, allocation and distribution are in accordance with marketing plans, sales forecast and meet customer’s critical KPIs. 8. Continuously review and recommend solutions to management on improving and optimizing warehouse operations. 9. Maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment. 10. Handle other tasks that will be given time by time. Requirements: 1. Diploma / Bachelor Degree holder in Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration or relevant fields is preferred 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisor role in warehousing and logistics management (preferably with high volume of SKUs) 3. Able to work 5.5 days per week 4. Familiar with international logistics arrangement e.g. import customs duties/taxes and procedures 5. Demonstrate strong leadership, possess good communication skills, is highly organized and detail-oriented, resourceful, can troubleshoot problems 6. Experienced in LEAN, warehouse system / ERP system and ISO 7. Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 8. Can speak and write fluently in English and Mandarin 9. Proficiency in driving forklifts.
